TumkurConnect is preparing its first public Transparency Report. In line with the spirit of the Indian IT Rules, 2021, we will voluntarily publish quarterly reports — number of complaints received, actions taken, average resolution time, and details of government requests.

3. Reporting Frequency & Archive

Reports will be published quarterly (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). Publication within 30 days of the end of each reporting period. All historical reports will remain permanently publicly accessible.
