Community Guidelines

• Writing honest reviews based on real experience.
• Uploading only your own photos or those you have rights to.
• Providing constructive feedback in respectful language.
• Reporting posts containing misinformation or legal violations.
• Listing your own business as an authorized representative.

Reviews must comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Department of Consumer Affairs guidelines (BIS IS 19000:2022):

• • You must have actually used the service or purchased the product.
• • If incentivized (paid, free product, discount), the review must disclose it.
• • No personal information (phone, email), obscenity, or defamatory language.
• • No more than one review for the same business within 30 days.

Uploaded photos/videos must be your own or you must have legal permission to use them. Avoid images that reveal a child's identity, violate another's personal privacy, or contain precise GPS metadata. Copyright complaints will be handled per our IP & Takedown Policy.

Depending on severity of violation, one or more of the following actions may be taken:

• Warning notice
• Removal of objectionable content
• Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
• Permanent account termination
• Filing a police complaint or reporting to the relevant authority
• Civil legal action for damages

If you find any post/review/listing violating these guidelines, use the 'Report' button available on the content, or write directly to the Grievance Officer. As required by the IT Rules, we are committed to acknowledging complaints within 24 hours and resolving them within 15 days.
